Privacy Notice for Individuals Interested in Cooperation

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you:

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:

  • Conducting the cooperation process for which you have submitted your documents (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • Pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • If consent is given — for future cooperation processes (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

4. Scope of Processed Data

We process the following categories of data:

  • Name and surname
  • Contact details (email address, phone number)
  • Education and employment history
  • Professional qualifications
  • Other data contained in application documents

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to conduct the cooperation process, no longer than 3 months after the process ends. If you consent to participate in future cooperation processes, data will be stored for 12 months from the date of consent.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectification of data
  • Erasure of data
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal)
  • Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

7. Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with entities providing services to the Controller, in particular IT, hosting, and legal services, to the extent necessary to achieve processing purposes.

8. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the cooperation process. Failure to provide data will prevent consideration of your application.

9. Automated Decision-Making

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
