AI Security / Data Protection Consultant / Engineer

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a consultant or engineer experienced in data protection and AI monitoring in enterprise environments, ready for project-based collaboration on deployments for our clients.

We are interested in someone with hands-on knowledge of at least one of the solutions below (or their equivalents).

Scope of collaboration

We deliver implementation projects for clients in the financial, energy and industrial sectors. A typical scope includes:

• Implementation and configuration of AI Security / DLP solutions
• Integration with the client’s existing infrastructure (SIEM, proxy, IdP, DLP)
• Defining policies for protecting sensitive data
• Monitoring the use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini and others)
• Running PoCs (Proof of Concept) at the client
• Support during compliance audits (DORA, NIS2, KNF)

Collaboration model

• Form: B2B, project-based (not full-time employment)
• Engagement: from a few to a dozen or so working days per project
• Support: collaboration with the vendor team (Professional Services) — you don’t have to know the product from A to Z; what matters is experience with similar deployments
• Location: remote, with the option of on-site meetings at the client (Poland)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying DLP, CASB or AI Security solutions in an enterprise environment (500+ users)
• Knowledge of SIEM integration (e.g. ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel)
• Understanding of proxy architecture, SSL/TLS inspection, VPN
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business clients

Nice to have

• Vendor certifications (Check Point CCSE/CCSA, CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator)
• Experience in a regulated sector (banking, insurance, energy)
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, KNF, ISO 27001 regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Netskope or Zscaler
