External IT/Security Auditor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT/Security Auditor to conduct security and compliance audits for our clients. This is a freelance/project-based collaboration position.

Responsibilities

• Conducting IT security audits
• Compliance audits (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001)
• Cybersecurity maturity assessment
• Infrastructure and network audits
• Configuration and security policy reviews
• Preparing reports and recommendations
• Presenting results to boards and stakeholders
• Supporting clients in remediation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT/Security audit experience
• Knowledge of standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls)
• Knowledge of regulations (NIS2, DORA, GDPR)
• Experience in infrastructure, network, and application audits
• Report writing and results presentation skills
• Communication and presentation abilities
• Independence in project management
• English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Experience in financial sector or critical infrastructure
• OT/ICS security knowledge
• Lead auditor qualifications
