About the Role — Why nFlo?

Compensation

12,000 – 16,000 PLN net/month + margin-based commission (no cap)

You earn from the profit you generate for the company, not from empty turnover.

Your Responsibilities

  • Systematic hunting: Actively acquiring new clients using AI tools, automation, and social selling methodologies.
  • Needs diagnostics: Guiding clients through our proprietary process — we don’t sell “boxes,” we sell measurable security based on hard data.
  • Data-driven management: Managing the full transaction lifecycle in CRM. Your work results in not just an invoice, but a reliable pipeline.
  • Building MRR: Focusing on recurring subscription services (managed security) rather than one-off transactions.
  • AI expertise: Actively leveraging AI throughout the entire sales process.

What We Require

  • Tech-savvy mindset: A passion for optimizing your own work. You must actively use tools that make you more effective (CRM, AI, LinkedIn).
  • Hunting experience: Documented success in acquiring new clients.
  • Process discipline: Understanding that systematic repeatability is the key to success.
  • Domain expertise: Understanding the cyber/infra world at a level that allows you to speak with CXOs in the language of business risk, not technical parameters.
  • English (min. B2): Confidence in negotiations with international vendors.
