Microsoft 365 Engineer / Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to join our team on a project-based collaboration model. You will be responsible for M365 deployments and configuration at enterprise clients — from environment analysis through architecture design to administrator training.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 E3/E5 deployments in enterprise environments
• Microsoft Intune configuration — Windows and mobile device management, co-management, Autopilot
• Microsoft Defender deployment — Endpoint, Office 365, Cloud Apps, Identity
• Entra ID configuration — Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SSPR
• Microsoft Purview deployment — data classification, DLP policies
• Technical documentation and client administrator training
• Pre-sales support (effort estimation, technical meetings with clients)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 deployments
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Defender, Entra ID, Purview
• Experience in enterprise environments (500+ users)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, hybrid models
• Ability to independently lead deployment projects
• Technical documentation skills
• Communicative English

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, MS-102)
• Experience with on-prem to cloud migrations
• Multi-domain and multi-site environment experience
• Windows Autopilot experience
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA)
