Penetration Testing Specialist (Pentester)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pentester to join our security team. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive penetration tests for our clients from the financial sector, enterprise, and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conducting penetration tests of web applications and APIs
• External and internal IT infrastructure testing
• Wireless network security testing
• Vulnerability scanning using automated tools and manual analysis
• Preparing reports containing vulnerability analysis, recommendations, and security improvement strategies
• Supporting the pre-sales process (technical presentations, quotations)
• Developing internal testing tools and methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in penetration testing
• Practical knowledge of tools: Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus
• Knowledge of OWASP, OSSTMM, NIST, PTES methodologies
• Programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Ability to independently manage projects
• Ability to write clear technical reports
• Good command of English

Nice to Have

• Certifications: OSCP, OSCE, CEH, OSWE, GPEN
• Red teaming experience
• Cloud security knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Participation in bug bounty programs
• Publications or conference presentations in security
