Teramind Expert (UAM/DLP)

About the role

We are looking for a specialist with hands-on Teramind experience to join our team on a project-based collaboration model. You will be responsible for Teramind deployments, configuration, and technical support at enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Teramind deployment and configuration (UAM, DLP)
• Troubleshooting technical issues (agent deployment, OS compatibility, integrations)
• Monitoring and data protection policy configuration
• Technical support for Teramind environments
• Technical documentation and administrator training

Requirements

• Experience deploying or administering Teramind (UAM, DLP, or any module)
• Knowledge of Teramind architecture — agents, server, policies, integrations
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ability to independently lead projects
• Communicative English

Nice to have

• Experience with Teramind on mobile devices (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of other UAM/UEBA platforms
• Experience in enterprise environments (500+ users)
• Understanding of GDPR requirements in the context of user activity monitoring
