CEO
Marcin Godula, CEO of nFlo, is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His main responsibilities are focused on planning the company’s continued organic growth. Marcin analyzes the market situation, identifies trends and actively listens to his colleagues, which allows him to make sound strategic decisions.
Education and professional development
Marcin graduated from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw with an engineering degree in computer science. He then broadened his horizons with economic knowledge at the University of Economics and Computer Science in Warsaw.
His competence is confirmed by a number of prestigious certifications, including ITIL Foundation and Prince2 Foundation. He also holds numerous technical and sales certifications from IBM and other leading IT vendors.

Chief Operating Officer
Lukasz Szymanski, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of nFlo, is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His main responsibilities focus on overseeing the company’s operations, financial management and co-creating and implementing growth strategies. Luke optimizes processes, manages budgets and coordinates internal systems integration activities, ensuring that operations are aligned with the company’s strategic and financial goals.

Luke graduated with a degree in computer science, a postgraduate degree in IT management and financial management. He is currently in the middle of a CIMA program, developing his competence in financial management.
