Comprehensive Storage Services
Data loss costs hundreds of thousands and damages reputation. We'll design storage matched to your needs - performance, capacity, security. You gain storage infrastructure that grows with your business.

What are comprehensive enterprise storage services?
Comprehensive storage services include requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation of SAN, NAS, or HCI solutions, online data migration without downtime, and ongoing administration and performance optimization. nFlo works with Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, and Pure Storage to match technology to your specific workload needs, replacing storage bottlenecks that cause 60% of IT performance problems.

Slow Storage Paralyzes Entire Business
Trading company with growing e-commerce. ERP system and product database on outdated storage. Report generation - 4 hours. Order import - 45 minutes. Customers abandon purchases due to slow website. Loss: €50,000 monthly in unrealized transactions.
Without proper storage:
- Business-critical application downtime
- Data loss without recovery possibility
- Unable to scale with company growth
- High costs of emergency expansions and repairs
Storage That Supports Your Growth
We design storage infrastructure according to best practices. We analyze your performance requirements, data growth, budget - and select optimal solution.
What you get:
- Storage performance and capacity requirements analysis
- Architecture design tailored to your environment
- Technology selection (SAN, NAS, HCI, all-flash, hybrid)
- Storage system implementation and configuration
- Data migration without impact on application operation
- Documentation and knowledge transfer for IT team
- Technical support and storage monitoring
Design and Implementation Process
Every storage project begins with a detailed requirements analysis to match technology to actual needs — not the other way around.
Workload Assessment — we measure key performance parameters of the current environment: IOPS (read/write ratio), throughput (MB/s), latency (ms), and I/O patterns (sequential vs random, block size). We analyze data growth projections over 3-5 years, retention and archival requirements, and application dependencies. Based on this data we select optimal technology and sizing — avoiding both over-provisioning (unnecessary cost) and under-provisioning (performance problems within a year).
High availability architecture — we design solutions with redundancy at the controller, disk, power supply, and network connection levels. For critical environments we configure synchronous replication between arrays (active-active or active-passive), integrate with DR (Disaster Recovery) infrastructure, and define automatic failover procedures. We standard-design for 99.99% availability (maximum 52 minutes downtime per year).
Data migration — we use zero-downtime methods: array-level replication (e.g., Dell EMC SRDF, NetApp SnapMirror), VMware Storage vMotion for virtualized environments, and host-based migration for physical systems. Every migration has a rollback plan and is monitored end-to-end. For large volumes (100+ TB) we prepare a detailed migration schedule prioritized by workload criticality.
Post-deployment optimization includes implementing deduplication and compression (30-70% capacity reduction depending on data type), configuring auto-tiering (hot data on SSD, cold data on HDD/archive), performance monitoring with threshold alerts, and periodic capacity planning reviews to stay ahead of growth.
Who Is It For?
This service is for you if:
- You have slow applications due to insufficient storage
- You plan growth and need scalable infrastructure
- You want to build new storage infrastructure from scratch
- You need migration to newer storage without downtime
- You’re looking for storage cost optimization (deduplication, compression)

Common questions about Comprehensive Storage Services.
How do you select the right storage type for our needs?
We analyze workload characteristics (IOPS, throughput, latency), data growth, availability requirements, and budget. All-Flash SAN works best for databases and virtualization, Hybrid SAN for business applications, NAS for file services, and HCI for private cloud.
Does data migration to new storage require downtime?
No. We use online migration methods (replication, storage vMotion) that allow data transfer without impacting application operation. Migrations are planned with the IT team and executed with full monitoring.
Which storage vendors do you work with?
We work with Dell EMC (PowerStore, Unity, PowerMax), NetApp (FAS, AFF, StorageGRID), HPE (Nimble, 3PAR, Primera), and Pure Storage (FlashArray, FlashBlade). We match the vendor to requirements and budget, not the other way around.
How long does a new storage system deployment take?
A standard deployment takes 2-8 weeks: requirements analysis (1 week), architecture design (1 week), installation and configuration (1-2 weeks), data migration (1-4 weeks depending on volume).
Do you offer post-deployment support?
Yes. We offer storage administration and monitoring, performance optimization (deduplication, compression, tiering), capacity planning, and technical support. Billing model: project-based or monthly retainer.
